Kicking off from Bhadra 12, 2081, and running until Asoj 23, 2081, this campaign is set to redefine the way merchants in Nepal handle payments.  

To join the excitement, merchants need to download Fonepay Business App, accept the challenge and accept payment via Fonepay QR during the campaign period. Before participating in the campaign, they must confirm their participation through the Fonepay Business app.

• The “बोहनी फोनपे क्यु.आर बाटै” will run from Bhadra 12, 2081, to Asoj 23, 2081. 

• The campaign is open to all registered merchants who have accepted campaign participation through the Fonepay Business app. 

• Merchants must be active users of the Fonepay Business app to be eligible for the campaign. 

• To participate, merchants must accept at least one (1) transaction during the campaign period. 

• Merchants must first accept the campaign participation from the Fonepay Business App to be eligible. 

• One EV scooter will be awarded to one lucky merchant via lucky draw after the campaign is over. 

• The scooters are exclusive of tax, and the tax applicable will be the responsibility of the winner. 

• The winner will be selected randomly from the list of eligible merchants who have met the participation criteria. 

• The selection process and criteria are determined by Fonepay. 

• Winners will be notified through the contact information provided in their Fonepay Business app. 

• Fonepay will announce the winner on its official platforms, including the website and social media channels. 

• Winners must collect their EV scooters within a period specified by Fonepay upon being contacted. 

• Winners are required to provide valid identification and complete any necessary documentation related to the prize collection. 

• The tax applicable to the EV scooters is not included in the giveaway and must be borne by the winner. 

• By accepting the prize, winner consents to Fonepay publicizing their names and images on Fonepay’s official website and social media platforms for promotional purposes related to the campaign. 

• By participating in this campaign, merchants consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information by Fonepay for verifying eligibility, contacting winners, conducting the campaign, and other related promotions. 

• Fonepay reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, suspend, extend, or terminate this campaign at any time, in whole or part, or to vary, delete, or add to any of the terms and conditions herein, with prior notice. Changes will be effective from the date set out in the notice. 

• Fonepay shall not be liable for any failure to perform due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, riots, strikes, terrorism, epidemics, lockouts, industrial actions, fires, floods, droughts, storms, or other similar events. 

• These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nepal.
