To avail the offer, customers need to make payments using FoneTAG via their Fonepay App linked to any banks or wallet account and receive instant cashback. This integration guarantees a hassle-free transaction process, enhancing user experience by ensuring that payments are quick and easy, regardless of internet availability.

This campaign is completely open to all users including all employees of f1soft group and Baskin Robbins who make payment via FoneTAG.

The campaign shall be effective from 25th August, 2024 to 24th September, 2024.

Any transactions which are incomplete, unsuccessful, or performed before or after the campaign period shall not be eligible for the offer.

The offer provides 50% instant cash back on the total amount spent on any flavor of Baskin-Robbins ice cream, up to a maximum of Rs. 200 for the entire campaign period.

Cash back will be credited instantly to the user's Fonepay account upon successful completion of the payment.

The offer is valid only for in-store purchases at participating Baskin-Robbins outlets in Budhanilkantha, Samakhusi, Maharajgunj, Uttardhoka, Thamel, Durbarmarg, Eyeplex Mall (Mid- Baneshwor), Battisputali, Patan Durbar Square, Labim Mall (Pulchowk), Jhamsikhel, Lakeside (Pokhara), Mahendrapool (Pokhara), Butwal, Birgunj, Biratnagar, Hetauda & Bhaisepati.

The offer is not applicable for online orders or deliveries from Baskin-Robbins.

Cash back will be credited to the user’s linked wallet/bank account instantly on completing the transaction.

Cash back is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other forms of credit.

In the event of an incorrect amount being transferred, the relevant authority will process the refund.

Fonepay reserves the rights at its absolute discretion to withdraw, cancel, suspend, extend, or terminate this Campaign at any time in whole or part, or to vary, delete or add to any of the Terms and Conditions herein at any time with prior notice, by way of posting on Fonepay’s website or in any other method deemed suitable by Fonepay. Notice of such variation of the Terms and Conditions or suspension or termination of the Campaign will take effect from the date set out in the notice.

Fonepay shall not be obliged to give any reasons whatsoever or enter any correspondence with any person(s) on any matter concerning the Campaign.

Fonepay shall not be liable for any failure to perform due to any act of God, war, riot, strike, terrorism, epidemic, lockout, industrial action, fire, flood, drought, storm, or any event beyond the reasonable control of Fonepay.
