• Eligibility: The cashback offer is available to Citizens Fonepay Credit Card users only. 

• Offer Period: The 50% instant cashback offer is effective from September 12, 2024, and will remain valid for a limited duration or until the designated budget is fully utilized, whichever occurs first.  

• Cashback Limit: The maximum cashback amount is Rs. 1,000 per user. 

• Cashback Balance: Users can utilize the cashback on a balance basis. For example, if you use the card to pay Rs. 1,000 and receive a 50% instant cashback (i.e., Rs. 500), you will still have Rs. 500 remaining in your cashback balance. This remaining balance can be used to receive cashback on future transactions until the total cashback limit of Rs. 1,000 is reached. 

• Transaction Types: Cashback is applicable on all transactions made using the Citizens Fonepay Credit Card for QR payments.
