• To be eligible for the cashback, users must make a payment using their Fonepay Credit Card (Virtual Credit Card) by scanning the Fonepay QR at the participating merchant outlets. 
• The offer is valid only on the approved list of participating merchants under this campaign. 
• The campaign offers 50% cashback, up to NPR 500 per merchant. Customers may avail cashback at each participating merchant, subject to this limit. 
• Cashback will be credited as per the standard cashback settlement timeline followed by Fonepay and the respective member banks and financial institutions. 
• The campaign is valid until the end of January 2026, unless revised or concluded earlier by Fonepay. 
• Additional merchants may be added during the campaign period. 
• There is no winner selection. Eligible users will receive cashback automatically upon successful qualifying transactions. 
• Transactions that are cancelled, reversed, refunded, failed, or disputed will not be eligible for cashback. 
• Cashback once credited cannot be transferred, exchanged, or converted into cash. 
• Fonepay reserves the right to withdraw, amend, suspend, extend, or modify the campaign or these Terms & Conditions at any time. 
• Fonepay’s decision regarding cashback eligibility shall be final and binding.
