Sakshyam Naari - Empowering Women with Smart Credit

Fonepay proudly presents Sakshyam Nari 3.0, the third edition of our women empowerment initiative focused on building financial confidence through digital innovation.

This year, the campaign highlights the Fonepay Credit Card, encouraging Nepalese women to embrace credit not just as a backup option but as a smart lifestyle companion.

Sakshyam Naari Campaign – Participation Terms & Conditions

The Sakshyam Naari Campaign (“Campaign”) is organized by Fonepay Payment Service Limited (“Fonepay”) in collaboration with selected Partner Banks and Jewelry giveaway partners.

The Campaign shall be valid from 1st March 2026 to 31st March 2026, both dates inclusive. The transactions done after the mentioned date will not be eligible for participation

The Campaign is open to female customers of participating partner banks in Nepal.

Participants must be 18 years or above and legally eligible to hold a credit card.

Only users with a valid and active Fonepay Credit Card are eligible.

To participate in the Campaign, eligible users must:

Activate their Fonepay Credit Card within the Campaign period;
Complete a minimum of three (3) successful transactions using Fonepay QR during the Campaign period.

Only successful and settled transactions will be considered.

Reversed, refunded, cancelled, or disputed transactions will not qualify.

Transactions must be made through Fonepay QR using the Partner Bank’s mobile banking app’s Virtual Credit Card feature.

Six (6) lucky winners, each from Partner Banks, will receive exclusive diamond jewelry sets from Sazuna Jewellers.

Only new Fonepay Credit Card users (users who activate their card for the first time during the Campaign period) shall be eligible for this reward.

300 (Three Hundred) participants, 50 each from Partner Banks, will receive NPR 5,000 discount vouchers (on a minimum purchase of NPR 100,000) from Sazuna Jewellers.

Both new and existing Fonepay Credit Card users who meet the Campaign participation criteria shall be eligible for this reward.

Females who activate their card during the campaign period will also get the benefit of Joining fee waiver of that respective bank. The amount will be initially charged and later refunded.

Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Jewelry prizes cannot be exchanged with the giveaway brand unless the brand explicitly agrees to such an exchange.

Winners will be selected through a random computerized draw from eligible participants.

The draw will be conducted after the Campaign period.

Fonepay’s decision regarding winner selection shall be final and binding.

Winners will be announced through Fonepay’s official communication channels, including websites and social media platforms.

Selected winners will be contacted via registered mobile number.

Winners must provide valid identification, like PAN documents, citizenship, license, passport, etc for prize verification.

The winners must collect their prize within thirty‑five (35) days of first contact. Failure to do so shall result in forfeiture of the prize to Fonepay.

If a winner cannot be contacted or fails to respond within three (3) working days of first notice, Fonepay and the partner's bank may appoint an alternate. The original winner forfeits all claims to the reward.

Winners are solely responsible for all taxes, duties, and levies on prizes, including 25% TDS payable directly to the giveaway partner. Fonepay and the Organizer accept no liability for any tax implications.

Fonepay reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:

Provides false or misleading information;
Engages in fraudulent or suspicious activities;
Violates any Campaign terms or applicable laws.

Participant information will be used only for Campaign administration and in accordance with Fonepay’s privacy policy.

By participating, users consent to the use of their name and image for promotional purposes, if selected as winners.

Employees of F1Soft and advertising agencies are not eligible to participate.

Fonepay reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Campaign or these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice, subject to regulatory approval where applicable.

Fonepay shall not be responsible for any technical issues, system failures, or transaction delays beyond its control.

Fonepay is not responsible for any defects, warranty, or service related to third-party prizes.

Fonepay shall not be liable for any failure to perform arising from acts of God, war, riot, strike, terrorism, epidemic, lockout, industrial action, fire, flood, drought, storm, or any event beyond its reasonable control.
