If you are a user, all you need to do is initiate a Fonepay QR transaction from your mobile banking app or wallet during the campaign period. By doing so, you will get a chance to win a scooter. Yes, you read that right! One lucky winner will receive a brand-new scooter at the end of the campaign period.

Participating is easy. Simply log in to your mobile banking app, click on the scan icon, scan the merchant's QR code, fill in the details, and proceed with the payment. It's that simple!

But that's not all. Our merchants can also win big in this campaign. All they have to do is accept Fonepay QR transactions from their customers during the campaign period. By doing so, they will get a chance to win "One Tola Gold."

So, if you are a merchant, simply ask your customers to make a payment via Fonepay QR and receive and confirm the payment. That's all it takes to be in the running to win big.

At the end of the campaign period, one lucky merchant will win "One Tola Gold," which is sure to brighten up their day.

Terms and Condition:

1. The contest is only valid to citizens of Nepal who are 18 years or above, except the employees of F1Soft International and its advertising and promotion agencies.
2. The campaign is valid from 29th Chaitra 2079 to 5th Baisakh 2080 where a lucky user will get a chance to win a Scooter and a lucky merchant will get a chance to win 1 tola Gold.
3. To be eligible for participation the users must initiate Fonepay QR transaction from their Mobile Banking App or Wallet during the campaign period whereas the merchants must accept Fonepay QR transaction during the same timeframe.
4. The transactions made before and after the campaign date mentioned will not be eligible for participation.
5. The winners will be announced through our social media platform after the completion of the campaign.
6. The decision of the organizer will be final and binding with regard to contests and prizes and no correspondence will be entertained in this regard.
7. Notification of the winner’s status must be kept confidential until the winners are publicly revealed by the Fonepay or the Winner’s Prize may be forfeited as per the Fonepay’s decision.
8. The Prizes are personal to the Winners and are not transferable and cannot be sold under any circumstances. In case the announced winner doesn't receive calls and texts within 48 hours, the prize will be void. The winners must claim their prizes within 15 working days after receiving communication from Fonepay. Failure to do so will result in the prize being void, and winners will no longer be able to claim it after the specified timeline.
9. The winner must bring their identification certificate (citizenship/passport) to claim the prize.
10. This campaign is a mere promotional event and is not a lottery, betting, or gambling under the prevailing laws of Nepal.
11. The winners agree to the use of their name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner will be used solely in accordance with current Nepal data protection legislation.
12. No cash payment will be made in lieu of the Prize.
13. Fonepay reserves the right to change/modify/or withdraw the Contest without any prior notice of the same at its sole discretion. In case of any suspicious activities, Fonepay reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions or terminate the campaign without any prior notice.
14. The organizer shall not be liable for any loss or damage due to Act of God, Governmental actions, or other force majeure circumstances and shall not be liable to pay any amount as compensation or otherwise for any such loss.
15. The winner shall bear any tax implications that may arise from the Prize winnings.
16. The prize handover will be done within 30 business days from the winner’s announcement.
17. By participating in this Contest, a Participant unconditionally and irrevocably accepts and agrees to be bound by all these terms and conditions as stated herein at all times without any exception, and in case of any disputes regarding the campaign, Fonepay’s decision will be the final one. It is assumed that the participant has read the terms and conditions and shall be held responsible in case of violation of the same.
