Fonepay Concludes its 7th Annual General Meeting
Fonepay Payment Service Ltd. has successfully concluded its Seventh Annual General Meeting (AGM) at Marriott Hotel, Naxal, Kathmandu, under the chairmanship of Mr. Sashin Joshi.
During the meeting, shareholders reviewed and approved the company's annual financial statements and Auditor's Report for the fiscal year 2082/83. The AGM also approved the appointment of G.P. Rajbahak & Co., Chartered Accountants, as the company's statutory auditor for the upcoming fiscal year 2083/84.
The successful conclusion of the AGM marks another important milestone in Fonepay's corporate governance and commitment to transparency, accountability, and responsible business practices.
