The Sakshyam Naari Campaign: Empowering Women Through Digital Financial Inclusion

We are excited to announce the launch of Sakshyam Naari, a groundbreaking campaign empowered by FONEPAY in partnership with Rastriya Banijya Bank, Global IME Bank, NIC Asia Bank, Kumari Bank, Everest Bank, and e-Sewa. This campaign is dedicated to promoting financial inclusion and independence among women across the nation.

The women-centric campaign focuses on empowering women through digital financial inclusion, enabling them to build confidence and independence in managing their finances. Central to the campaign is the effort to raise awareness and provide education on the wide range of services available through mobile banking. Additionally, we encourage women to spread the word of mouth, informing and educating their fellow women family members, and relatives, and inspiring them to adopt digital payments for greater financial independence.

Terms and Conditions:

The contest is only valid to citizens of Nepal who are 18 years or above, except the employees of F1Soft International group and its advertising and promotion agencies

This campaign is completely dedicated to the female mobile banking users so the winners of the campaign shall only be female users

The campaign shall be effective for a month as per the start date of the Banks participating in the campaign, i.e., March 1-31, 2025

The transactions done after the mentioned date will not be eligible for participation

To be eligible for participation in the campaign, female users must initiate Fonepay QR or Fonepay Direct or Fonepay Bills at least 3 times during the campaign period using the mobile banking app of participate banks only

Any transactions which are incomplete, unsuccessful, or performed before or after the campaign period shall not be eligible for the campaign

The giveaways for this campaign will not be converted to cash, non-transferable, and unexchangeable.

The winner of Jewellers cannot exchange the jewellery with Shree Natraj Jewellers until and unless Shree Natraj Jewellers are ok with it to exchange.

The mega giveaway female winners will be selected as per the criteria set from the participating banks from all eligible entries at the end of the campaign period

The winner will be announced and notified through publication on Fonepay’s & Banks social media platform

If a selected winner is found to be unreachable or the winner could not be contacted within 3 days, Fonepay and the enrolled bank reserves the right to select an alternate winner for this campaign

The mega giveaway winner must collect their Prize within 35 days of the date of the contact with them and failure to which the prize being forfeited back to Fonepay

The winners must bring valid identification documents like PAN documents, citizenship, license, passport, etc. while collecting the prize and the applicable taxes related to the prize must be borne by the winner themselves

For the winners of the shopping vouchers, the shopping vouchers shall be provided to all 50 winners of each bank at the end of the campaign, summing up to 250 winners of all participant banks and shall be provided after 2-3 days after the announcement of the winners

Fonepay shall not be liable for any tax implications that may arise from the prize winnings. The winner will provide the 25% TDS to the SHREE NATARAJ JEWELLERS directly. The Organizer accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the Prize winnings

By accepting the prize, the participant consents to Fonepay publicizing their names in Fonepay’s official website and social media platforms for the promotion of future events should the participant emerge a winner

The decisions of Fonepay and Bank regarding the selection of winners and any other aspect of the campaign are final and binding

By participating in the Campaign, each Customer is deemed to have consented to the collection, use and disclosure of his/her personal information by Fonepay for verifying the eligibility of each Customer, verifying the identity of the each Customer at the time of utilization or awarding of the Prize, conducting the Campaign, announcing/publicity of each Customer (including having the each Customer’s photo taken/published), contacting each Customer regarding the foregoing, and all purposes and promotions incidental to the Campaign

Fonepay reserves the rights at its absolute discretion to withdraw, cancel, suspend, extend, or terminate this Campaign at any time in whole or part, or to vary, delete or add to any of the Terms and Conditions herein at any time with prior notice, by way of posting on the Fonepay’s website or in any other method deemed suitable by Fonepay. Notice of such variation of the Terms and Conditions or suspension or termination of the Campaign will take effect from the date set out in the notice

Fonepay shall not be obliged to give any reasons whatsoever or enter any correspondence with any person(s) on any matter concerning the Campaign

Fonepay shall not be liable for any failure to perform due to any act of God, war, riot, strike, terrorism, epidemic, lockout, industrial action, fire, flood, drought, storm, or any event beyond the reasonable control of Fonepay
