Settlement Options - Instant Settlement

By using fonepay, you confirm that you are in agreement with and bound by the Settlement Options - Terms of Use.

  1. By activating instant Settlement, you agree to the following terms associated with this feature.
  2. Upon activation, you will promptly receive settlements for all transactions conducted through Fonepay directly into their accounts. This ensures that account settlements are received for each payment received by the merchant.
  3. The charges for this feature are structured as follows:
    Settlement Type Charges
    Instant Settlement NPR. 5 for each Settlement
  4. You can modify settlement settings only once every 24 hours. If changes are made, you cannot switch them again for the next 24 hours.
  5. Settlement setting adjustments take immediate effect, and transactions accepted before the change will follow the previous settlement mode, while those after the change will adhere to the new settlement mode.
  6. Settlement amounts will be settled into the acquiring bank account, ensuring there are no alterations to the destination account.
