Responsibilities
1. Product & Project Planning
- Assist Product Managers throughout the product lifecycle, including ideation, development, testing, launch, and post-launch support.
- Gather, analyze, and document business and stakeholder requirements, translating them into actionable project plans, user stories, and product backlogs.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables aligned with product objectives.
2. Project Coordination & Execution
- Coordinate activities across Product, Engineering, Design, QA, DevOps, Operations, Marketing, Sales, and Support teams to ensure timely execution.
- Monitor project progress, track deliverables, identify bottlenecks, and follow up on pending actions to ensure smooth Agile delivery.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
3. Release & Delivery Management
- Coordinate release planning and Go-Live activities by collaborating with QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders.
- Ensure product readiness through proper testing coordination, deployment planning, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
- Support internal teams with release documentation, training materials, and knowledge-sharing activities.
4. Stakeholder Communication & Documentation
- Serve as the primary coordination point for project stakeholders and maintain effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, meeting minutes, action items, status reports, product documentation, and knowledge repositories.
- Provide regular reports on project progress, KPIs, team velocity, and overall delivery performance.
5. Risk, Quality & Governance
- Identify, assess, and proactively mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Monitor resource utilization and support budget tracking while identifying opportunities for operational efficiency.
- Promote project governance by ensuring adherence to quality standards, Agile best practices, and organizational processes.
6. Product Improvement & Continuous Enhancement
- Gather and analyze customer feedback, support tickets, product usage metrics, market trends, competitor analysis, and user insights to support product improvements.
- Recommend process improvements that enhance product quality, team productivity, and delivery efficiency.
7. Team Collaboration
- Foster effective collaboration across cross-functional teams to achieve project and product objectives.
- Support and mentor team members by encouraging knowledge sharing, accountability, and continuous learning.
Requirement:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or any other relevant discipline.
- Prior Years of Experience required: 3-4 years.
Required Technical Skills:
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Agile software development practices.

Proficiency with Project Management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Zoho Projects).

Familiarity with Product Management and collaboration tools (e.g., Confluence, Figma, Miro)
- Basic understanding of software development principles, programming concepts, and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git), issue tracking systems, release management, and technical debt.
- Working knowledge of databases, APIs, web technologies, and cybersecurity fundamentals.
- Strong documentation, reporting, analytical, and coordination skills.
