Fonepay have introduced their latest campaign “Superyatra” designed to make your travel super rewarding. If you book at least one airline ticket through a mobile banking app using Fonepay Bills from Poush 5 2080 to Poush 17, 2080, you could be the lucky winner of Staycation offer. You can also bring along one additional individual to your chosen travel destination with locations including Kathmandu, Pokhara, Lumbini, and Chitwan. 

But its not just about staycation offer. If you are new to Fonepay bills, Fonepay have got a special treat for you. As a token of their appreciation, new users can enjoy a Rs 100 cashback on their first airline ticket purchase. All you have to do is to purchase your airline ticket through a mobile banking app using Fonepay Bills service. 

Steps to purchase airline ticket using fonepay Bills through mobile banking apps:

  1. Login to your mobile banking app 
  2. Navigate ‘Payments’ section and locate ‘Fonepay Bills’  
  3. Tap “Domestic Flights” 
  4. Fill necessary information & proceed 
  5. Check the details and tap on “Confirm”

Terms & Conditions  

  • The campaign shall commence from Poush 5 2080 to Poush 17 2080 (“Campaign Period”).
  • Customers will automatically be eligible for the campaign if they purchase at least one flight ticket through the mobile banking application using Fonepay Bills during the campaign period. By doing so, they stand a chance to win an exclusive staycation at their preferred destination, with locations including Kathmandu, Pokhara, Lumbini, and Chitwan. This is applicable only in case of domestic flights.
  • Two lucky customers will be rewarded with a couple Staycation offer with the opportunity to bring along one additional individual to their chosen travel destination. 
  • Additionally, customers making their first ticket purchase through the mobile banking app would receive a Rs 100 cashback by using the promo code SUPERYATRA100 during the campaign period. It's important to note that the cashback is limited to the first 1000 customers and will be applicable only after the conclusion of the campaign. 
  • By participating in the Campaign, the eligible participant shall be taken as having agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
  • The directors or employees/staff of Fonepay can participate in the campaign but shall not be eligible to the giveaway.
  • Any airlines transactions which are incomplete, unsuccessful, or performed before or after the Campaign Period shall not be eligible for the Campaign.
  • The prizes for this campaign will not be converted to cash and is non-transferable.
  • The winners will be selected randomly from all eligible entries at the end of the campaign period. The winner will be announced and notified through publication in the Fonepay’s social media platforms and through their mobile banking number used for transaction.
  • If a selected winner is found to be unreachable or the winner could not be contacted within 3 days, Fonepay reserves the right to select an alternate winner for this campaign.
  • The winner must collect their Prize within 35 days of the date of the contact with them and failure to which the prize will be forfeited back to Fonepay. 
  • The winners must bring valid identification documents like citizenship, license, passport etc. while claiming the giveaway and the applicable taxes related to the prize would be borne by the Fonepay. 
  • By accepting the prize, the participant consents to Fonepay publicizing their names in Fonepay’s official website and social media platforms for the promotion of future events should the participant emerge a winner.
  • The decisions of Fonepay regarding the selection of winners and any other aspect of the campaign are final and binding.
  • By participating in the Campaign, each Customer is deemed to have consented to the collection, use and disclosure of his/her personal information by Fonepay for verifying the eligibility of each Customer, verifying the identity of the each Customer at the time of utilization or awarding of the Prize, conducting the Campaign, announcing/publicity of each Customer (including having the each Customer’s photo taken/published), contacting each Customer regarding the foregoing, and all purposes and promotions incidental to the Campaign.   
  • Fonepay reserves the rights at its absolute discretion to withdraw, cancel, suspend, extend, or terminate this Campaign at any time in whole or part, or to vary, delete or add to any of the Terms and Conditions herein at any time with prior notice, by way of posting on the Fonepay’s website or in any other method deemed suitable by Fonepay. Notice of such variation of the Terms and Conditions or suspension or termination of the Campaign will take effect from the date set out in the notice. 
  • Fonepay shall not be obliged to give any reasons whatsoever or enter any correspondence with any person(s) on any matter concerning the Campaign.
  • Fonepay shall not be liable for any failure to perform due to any act of God, war, riot, strike, terrorism, epidemic, lockout, industrial action, fire, flood, drought, storm, or any event beyond the reasonable control of Fonepay.
