Digital Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities:

1. Content & Creative

  • Build and maintain content pillars aligned with brand and product objectives.
  • Develop and execute monthly content calendar across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn.
  • Create & coordinate digital content including graphics, videos, blogs, reels, banners, and landing pages.
  • Leverage AI tools to assist in content ideation + creation, copywriting, caption generation, and creative briefing — accelerating output without compromising brand voice
  • Manage website content, implement SEO best practices, and monitor traffic, user behavior, and conversion performance.
  • Brief and direct creative team for creative production; review and approve all digital content

2. Digital Campaign Strategy:

  • Design and execute data-driven digital marketing campaigns (AEO/SEO/SEM, social media, email, and display) to boost conversion rates and drive incremental revenue.
  • Deliver exceptional digital marketing initiatives guided by data analytics, ensuring measurable business impact.
  • Plan, run, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
  • A/B test creatives, audiences, and landing pages; continuously optimize performance campaigns.

3. Community & Influencer:

  • Manage community engagement — comments, DMs, and brand sentiment monitoring across all platforms.
  • Manage influencer collaborations and UGC campaigns.

4. Analytics & Reporting:

  • Track and report on KPIs: follower growth, engagement rate, reach, etc — weekly and monthly
  • Maintain digital dashboards (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics 4, platform native tools)
  • Monitor competitors, digital trends, and platform algorithm changes; translate insights into action

5. Agency Management:

  • Coordinate with external agencies, media vendors, and partners for integrated campaign execution

Requirement: 

  • Education: Bachelor's / Master's in Business, Marketing, Certification of Digital Marketing, AI in Marketing.
  • Prior Years of Experience required: 3 years.
