Settlement Options - On Request Withdrawal

By using fonepay, you confirm that you are in agreement with and bound by the Settlement Options - Terms of Use.

  1. By activating on request withdrawal, you agree to the following terms associated with this feature.
  2. Once enabled, you can request withdrawals of payments received through Fonepay without a set limit on daily withdrawal frequency.
  3. At 12:00 am each day, an automatic settlement session occurs. Any remaining amounts not withdrawn during the day will be settled then.
  4. The charges for this feature are structured as follows:

  5. You can modify settlement settings only once every 24 hours. If changes are made, the merchant cannot switch them again for the next 24 hours.
  6. Settlement setting adjustments take immediate effect, and transactions accepted before the change will follow the previous settlement mode, while those after the change will adhere to the new settlement mode.
  7. Withdrawn amounts will be settled into the acquiring bank account, ensuring there are no alterations to the destination account.
