Settlement Options - Multi-Session Settlement

By using fonepay, you confirm that you are in agreement with and bound by the Settlement Options - Terms of Use.

  1. By activating multi-session-based settlement model, you agree to the following terms associated with this feature.
  2. Once activated, you will obtain settlements for payments in three distinct settlement sessions each day.
  3. All payments received during a particular session will be collectively settled in the subsequent settlement session within the merchant's account.
  4. The settlement session timings are mentioned below:

    2nd Settlement Payments received between 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM From 4:00 PM Free
    3rd Settlement Payments received between 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM From 1:00 AM Free
  5. You can modify settlement settings only once every 24 hours. If changes are made, you cannot switch them again for the next 24 hours.
  6. Settlement setting adjustments take immediate effect, and transactions accepted before the change will follow the previous settlement mode, while those after the change will adhere to the new settlement mode.
  7. Settlement amounts will be settled into the acquiring bank account, ensuring there are no alterations to the destination account.
