Position: Junior Associate Engineer-System

Location: Lalitpur, Bagmati
Job Responsibilities
- Learn overall system of Fonepay and provide support as per requirement, which includes Operating System installation on servers and laptops.
- Provide support for computer peripheral devices such as printer, scanner, access points, etc.
- Provide support on Office packages.
- Provide support regarding different network related tenchnical issues such as VPN configuration, IP allocation, IOT devices etc .
- Installation of antivirus and security related software in laptops.
- Assist different departments in common task goals.
- Monitor Datacenter.
- Provide support based on tickets raised in ticketing portal.
- Suggest different tools and technologies to improve business processes.
Requirement
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related technical discipline.
- Prior Years of Experience required: Minimum 1 year or Fresher.
Technical Skills
- Knowledge on operating systems like Windows, Linux and MacOS
- knowledge on printer and scaners
- knowledge on Microsoft Office Package
- Knowledge on servers and hardware would be added advantage.
Behavioral Skills
- Ability to learn existing tools and technologies
- Good Communication Skills
- Ability to research for new tools and services.
