Responsibilities

  • Developing and implementing learning strategies and programs
  • Maintaining budgets and relationships with vendors and consultants
  • Evaluate and identify the individual and organizational development needs
  • Help managers develop their team members through career path planning
  • Orientating new employees and training existing employees.
  • Prepare L&D details of every training, development and engagement activities of each employee, conduct/facilitate the training and keep a record of the training
  • Update the L&D forms and procedures as required
  • Coordinate for the posting of vacancies with agencies
  • Vacancy posting and head hunting of various positions
  • Interview scheduling and coordinating with HODs and Hiring team
  • Preparation of documents as per the compliance requirement
  • Monitoring employee performance. Coordinate and execute the goal setting and timely appraisal.
  • Monthly L&D and Engagement report
  • Verify and prepare the training bonds
  • As per Assigned by Supervisor

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s Degree

Faculty: Management, IT or Education

Years of Experience required: 2 years of experience in L&D role or 3-4 years in HR roles

Knowledge and Skills Requirements

  • Research, Good writing skills , Analytical skills,
  • Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices
  • Ability to build rapport with employees and vendors
  • MS Office Package
