Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing learning strategies and programs
- Maintaining budgets and relationships with vendors and consultants
- Evaluate and identify the individual and organizational development needs
- Help managers develop their team members through career path planning
- Orientating new employees and training existing employees.
- Prepare L&D details of every training, development and engagement activities of each employee, conduct/facilitate the training and keep a record of the training
- Update the L&D forms and procedures as required
- Coordinate for the posting of vacancies with agencies
- Vacancy posting and head hunting of various positions
- Interview scheduling and coordinating with HODs and Hiring team
- Preparation of documents as per the compliance requirement
- Monitoring employee performance. Coordinate and execute the goal setting and timely appraisal.
- Monthly L&D and Engagement report
- Verify and prepare the training bonds
- As per Assigned by Supervisor
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s Degree
Faculty: Management, IT or Education
Years of Experience required: 2 years of experience in L&D role or 3-4 years in HR roles
Knowledge and Skills Requirements
- Research, Good writing skills , Analytical skills,
- Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices
- Ability to build rapport with employees and vendors
- MS Office Package
- Communication and Negotiation
