Responsibilities:
- Oversee the processing of card transactions, including authorizations, settlements, and reconciliation
- Ensure complete testing and validations on product and transaction level
- Manage end to end process of card life cycle
- Ensure complete satisfaction of partner members through prompt resolution of their queries, problem and feedback. Serve as a point of contact for card related enquiries for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, including NRB directives.
- Ensure team members are performing their duties diligently.
- Ensure team members are provided with learning opportunities, impartial, encouraging, and congenial working environment for performance, learning and team spirit.
- Ensure the technologies are performing as required, free from risks, engage into changes and enhancements, prepare SOPs, guidelines, manuals and enforce them.
Qualifications:
- Education: Masters or Bachelor’s degree
- Prior Years of Experience required: 4 years in total and at least 2 years in card operation
Required Technical Skills
- Sound knowledge of Payment Service Operations - service programs, instruments, transaction processing and settlement, Reconciliation, dispute management, configurations/set up conceptually in CMS/Switch level and Compliance .
- Fair knowledge of technologies involved in payment systems operations and their functions.
- Proficient in business writing.
