On 4 Jestha, 2081, we conducted an informative workshop session “Workshop on Fundamentals of Payment Service Programs and Customer Service Handling” catering to the participants from Gandaki province at Mount Kailash Resort, Pokhara.
The recently conducted workshop was a great success, attracting 42 participants from 11 different BFIs. All of them showed up, with enthusiasm and eagerness to learn.
We covered topics like Fonepay Products such as existing products, upcoming products, benefits to Bank & Merchants, payment processing and authorization, and possible digital scams and frauds. Besides, we showed testimonial videos, merchant stories, offline payments, cross-border payments, business app, and web app demonstration, acquiring portal demonstration, case studies, and dealt with queries of the participants.
In order to make the program smooth and boredom-free we conducted quizzes, ice-breaking sessions, and refreshment activities every 30 minutes. The program concluded with certificate distribution and capturing the moments by clicking group photos and taking videographic interviews. Overall, the whole session was a fruitful one.
