Fonepay App

Fonepay App is an upgrade to the previous Fonepay Offer App with the most awaited Payment Feature. With this app, users can link their bank accounts and wallets and transfer funds to contacts and make payments at various merchants by scanning QR codes or by Fonepay Tap and Go (FoneTAG). It also features other features like earning rewards as you spend, get informed about exclusive offers and redeem at the available merchants.

You can log in to Fonepay App by simply creating an account or signing up with previously made account. Once you log in, you can see your profile with the “Fonepay Points” you have received so far in the app.

1. Download and sign in on the Fonepay App.
2. On the home screen, tap “Link Your Accounts”. You will be provided with the list of Banks or Wallets to choose from.
3. Tap on your desired bank/ wallets and input your account details.
4. You will be directed towards the Mobile Banking App of the bank or Wallet Apps.
5. Log in with your account details and enter OTP.
6. The desired account shall be linked.

There can be various reasons for unsuccessful Account Links. While linking your account or wallet, please make sure:

1. Your Registered Mobile Number at Wallet or Bank is SAME as registered in Fonepay App.
2. Your registered Full Name at Wallet or Bank is SAME as registered in Fonepay App.

Fonepay App can only act as a platform. Hence your linked banks accounts and wallets are completely secure.
