On the 6th of Poush, 2080, the Fonepay Business Academy hosted a "Workshop on Fundamentals of Payment Service Programs and Customer Service Handling" at Hotel Barahi, Kathmandu. This workshop targeted member Banks and Financial Institutions from Bagmati Province.
A total of 60 participants from 21 BFIs attended the workshop, showcasing impressive enthusiasm and eagerness to learn. The event, held on a Friday, aimed to familiarize participants with current and upcoming Fonepay products and services, as well as techniques for handling customer queries effectively.
Taking place at Hotel Barahi in Kathmandu, the workshop kicked off with engaging games that energized all attendees. Winners were awarded prizes, fostering a lively atmosphere. Participants utilized sticky notes to raise queries, all of which were addressed comprehensively, with demonstrations on the acquirer portal.
