On 23 Chaitra, 2080, we conducted an informative workshop session “Workshop on Fundamentals of Payment Service Programs and Customer Service Handling” catering to the participants from Birgunj at Hotel Ichchha, Simara.
A total of 39 participants from 11 BFIs attended the workshop, showcasing impressive enthusiasm and eagerness to learn. Held on a Friday, the workshop aimed to introduce attendees to current and upcoming Fonepay products and services, and provide effective strategies for handling customer inquiries.
The workshop kicked off with engaging games that energized all attendees. Winners were awarded prizes, fostering a lively atmosphere. Participants utilized sticky notes to raise queries, all of which were addressed comprehensively, with demonstrations on the acquirer portal.
The program concluded with closing remarks and the distribution of certificates. Participants left with enhanced knowledge of Fonepay products, contributing to their professional growth and competence in serving customers effectively.
