Additionally, on 7th Bhadra 2081, we successfully conducted a Capacity Building Workshop on "Fundamentals of Payment Service Programs and Customer Service Handling" at The Malla Hotel, Thamel, Kathmandu. Participants were warmly welcomed, registered, and given gift packages. The workshop attracted 58 participants from 14 different BFIs, all showing great enthusiasm and a strong eagerness to learn.

The workshop we organized gathered enthusiastic individuals keen on enhancing their skills. It was satisfying to see everyone so actively engaged. The workshop assisted them in using the Fonepay Business App, cases and understanding cross-border payments.

It was remarkable to witness the confidence of participants throughout the program. In conclusion, the workshop conducted in Kathmandu was interactive and a fruitful one.
