Creative Lead

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute creative strategies for the company's marketing campaigns, branding, and product development that align with the company's brand and messaging while driving engagement and customer acquisition.
  • Manage the company's creative budget, including allocating resources effectively, negotiating with vendors, and monitoring expenses to ensure that projects are completed within budgetary constraints.
  • Present creative concepts and work to line manager and stakeholders for feedback and approval.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as group marketing functions, campaign management teams, and app teams,  to ensure that creative work aligns with overall business goals and objectives.
  • Lead and manage the creative team, including designers, writers, agencies, and other creative professionals, to deliver high-quality work that meets the company's standards.
  • Continuously monitor and stay up-to-date with the latest design and marketing trends in the fintech industry and use this knowledge to develop creative strategies that are both innovative and effective.

 

Requirement

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as marketing, multimedia technologies, Fine Arts
  • Prior Years of Experience required: 5 years of experience 

Required Technical Skill

  • Adobe Creative Suite
  • 3D Video and animation/Motion Graphic
  • Project management software/tools like Trello

Required Behavioral Skills

  • Strong Interpersonal Skills
  • Leadership Ability
  • Deep understanding of creative process
