Database Admin - Administrator All the admin part Managing all the administrator (access control, database setup and maintenance)
Database Engineer - All the Reporting and daily ticketing issues Solving the related queries of marketing, operations and ticket assigned.
Implement a standard process of delivery with accuracy and completeness of features- Creating scripts and plans for any updates or changes in Fonepay databases.
Manage day to day operation related to Fonepay Database.
Qualifications and Required Experience
Education: Masters or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, IM, or any related software or computer studies.
Prior Years of Experience required: 3 years.
Required Technical Skills:
Knowledge about the RDBMS itself, e.g. Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle.
General understanding of routine maintenance, recovery, and handling failover of a database
General understanding of operating system, e.g. Windows or Linux. General understanding of storage technologies and networking.
Knowledge of structured query language (SQL).
General understanding of distributed computing architectures, e.g. Client-server model
Required Behavioral Skills:
Good communications skills.
Flexibility in working hours.
Should have strong analytical and interpersonal skills
