General Terms and Conditions 

1. The contest is only valid to citizens of Nepal who are 18 years or above, except the employees of F1Soft International and its advertising and promotion agencies.
2. The competition is valid from and to the given date (i.e., Asoj 31, 2078 to Poush 16, 2078). The transactions done through fonepay Direct before and after the mentioned date will not be eligible for participation.
3. To be eligible for the participation, users have to send money through “fonepay Direct”.
4. The Winners will be announced on a daily basis in our Social Media Page who will be selected through lucky draw.
5. The Organizer will not be liable for any loss of data due to server issues and other technical faults that may come up while sending money through fonepay Direct.
6. Organizer shall not be liable for any loss of Prize due to incorrect information as mobile number, account number, email address or any other information provided by the Participant or the failure of the Winner to receive the same due to technical faults.
7. Decision of Organizer will be final and binding with regard to Contest and Prizes and no correspondence will be entertained in this regard.
8. Notification of the winner status must be kept confidential until the Winners are publicly revealed by the Organizer or the Winner’s Prize may be forfeited as per Organizer’s decision.
9. The Prizes are personal to the Winners and are not transferrable and cannot be sold under any circumstances.
10. No cash payment will be made in lieu of the Prize.
11. The Organizer reserves the right to change/modify/or withdraw the Contest without any prior notice of the same at its sole discretion. The Organizer reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions without any prior notice.

13. Organizer shall not be liable for any loss or damage due to Act of God, Governmental actions, other force majeure circumstances and shall not be liable to pay any amount as compensation or otherwise for any such loss.
14. The prize handover will be done within 45 days from winner announcement. Organizer shall not be liable for any tax implications that may arise from the prize winnings. Winners will be provided with the prize only after deducting the 25% TDS. The Organizer accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the Prize winnings.
15. By participating in this Contest, a Participant unconditionally and irrevocably accepts and agrees to be bound by all these terms and conditions as stated herein at all times without any exception. It is assumed that the participant has read the terms and conditions and shall be held responsible in case of violation of the same.
