Fonepay is excited to announce the launch of our mega campaign, Fonepay Direct - Paisa Pathau Thau Ko Thau Season-3! Running from Shrawan 1 to Bhadra 31, 2081, this campaign aims to engage and reward our fonepay users. 

To participate, users must make at least three Fonepay Direct transactions using their mobile banking app and include the promo code "FONEPAYDIRECT" or prefix provided by the influencers in the remarks section. Eligible participants stand a chance to win one of two iPhone 15 Pro devices as part of our mega giveaway.

• The contest is only valid for citizens of Nepal who are 18 years or above, except the employees of F1Soft International and its advertising and promotion agencies 

• This campaign is completely open for all users who send money via Fonepay Direct using their mobile banking app 

• The campaign shall be effective from Shrawan 1 till Bhadra 31, 2081 

• Transactions done before and after the mentioned date will not be eligible for participation 

• To be eligible for the campaign, users must initiate Fonepay Direct at least 3 times during the campaign period and must use the Promo code "FONEPAYDIRECT" or prefix provided by INFLUENCERS 

• Any transactions which are incomplete, unsuccessful, or performed before or after the campaign period shall not be eligible for the campaign 

• The prizes for this campaign will not be converted to cash and are non-transferable 

• The mega giveaway winners will be selected as per the criteria set by Fonepay at the end of the campaign period 

• The winner will be announced and notified through publication on Fonepay social media platforms 

• If a selected winner is found to be unreachable or cannot be contacted within 3 days, Fonepay reserves the right to select an alternate winner for this campaign 

• The mega giveaway winner must collect their prize within 35 days of the date of contact with them, failure to which the prize will be forfeited back to Fonepay 

• The winners must bring valid identification documents like PAN documents, citizenship, license, passport, etc. while collecting the prize. The applicable taxes (25%) related to the prize must be borne by the winner themselves 

• Fonepay shall not be liable for any tax implications that may arise from the prize winnings. The winner will provide the 25% TDS to the company, Fonepay 

• By accepting the prize, the participant consents to Fonepay publicizing their names on Fonepay’s official website and social media platforms for the promotion of future events should the participant emerge as a winner 

• The decisions of Fonepay regarding the selection of winners and any other aspect of the campaign are final and binding 

• By participating in the Campaign, each Customer is deemed to have consented to the collection, use, and disclosure of his/her personal information by Fonepay for verifying the eligibility of each Customer, verifying the identity of each Customer at the time of utilization or awarding of the Prize, conducting the Campaign, announcing/publicizing of each Customer (including having each Customer’s photo taken/published), contacting each Customer regarding the foregoing, and all purposes and promotions incidental to the Campaign 

• Fonepay reserves the rights at its absolute discretion to withdraw, cancel, suspend, extend, or terminate this Campaign at any time in whole or part, or to vary, delete or add to any of the Terms and Conditions herein at any time with prior notice, by way of posting on Fonepay’s website or in any other method deemed suitable by Fonepay. Notice of such variation of the Terms and Conditions or suspension or termination of the Campaign will take effect from the date set out in the notice 

• Fonepay shall not be obliged to give any reasons whatsoever or enter any correspondence with any person(s) on any matter concerning the Campaign 

• Fonepay shall not be liable for any failure to perform due to any act of God, war, riot, strike, terrorism, epidemic, lockout, industrial action, fire, flood, drought, storm, or any event beyond the reasonable control of Fonepay 

• The Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nepal.
