Virtual Voucher - Terms & Conditions - TRISARA RESTAURANT AND BAR PVT. LTD
By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.
This voucher is valid for six months from the date of acceptance & the validity cannot be extended.
Unused values on the Voucher will not be refunded or attributed to any transactions after the expiry date.
The voucher has a maximum limit of Rs 5000.
The received voucher can be used to purchase any service offered at Trisara.
This voucher cannot be redeemed for cash, returned for a refund (non-refundable), or be replaced after expiry.
This Voucher is not transferable and cannot be sold under any circumstances.
If your purchase exceeds the value of this voucher, the balance must be paid by alternative means.
This Voucher cannot be used to purchase another Voucher.
The Brand reserves the right to correct the virtual voucher balance if we believe that a clerical, billing, or accounting error has occurred. You also agree that we may deactivate, cancel, or suspend any virtual voucher and freeze any associated voucher's funds if we suspect fraud, unlawful activity, or improper virtual voucher use. You agree that you will not use a revoked virtual voucher.
The Customer agrees to defend, hold harmless, and indemnify Fonepay and the Brand, its parent, subsidiary, and other affiliated companies, as well as any independent contractors, service providers, consultants, and their respective employees, from any and all claims, suits, damages, costs, lawsuits, fines, penalties, liabilities, and expenses that result from or are related to the customer's use or misuse of this Voucher.
The terms and conditions of this Voucher shall be amended at any time at the discretion of the Brand and shall be binding on the customer.
Neither Fonepay nor the Brand accepts any responsibility or liability for any unauthorized use of this Voucher.
Acceptance of this Voucher constitutes acceptance of all of these terms and conditions, changes to which may be affected and published at any time.
